PHI INDUSTRIAL ACQUISITIONS acquires 6 European subsidiary companies from Pitney Bowes as well as the German company Intimus International GmbH, creating the INTIMUS INTERNATIONAL Group.
PHI INDUSTRIAL ACQUISITIONS, a Private Equity company specialized in the operational restructuring of companies, has entered the Mailing Solutions and Information Security sectors, by acquiring the subsidiaries of the US publicly traded corporation Pitney Bowes in 6 European countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Portugal), as well as the German based company Intimus International GmbH; creating the Intimus International Group.
The new Intimus International Group offers comprehensive solutions throughout the value chain in terms of innovation, development, manufacturing, sales and post-sales services, relying on a team with extensive experience in the sector.
The wide range of Intimus Information Security products including everything from professional and industrial shredders to high security and large capacity data destruction machines, will be complemented with Pitney Bowes’ mailing and production mail products such as inserters, addresser printers, franking machines, folding machines and sealers. Intimus International is the exclusive distributor for PB products in the 6 countries mentioned and also has presence in the USA, UK, Germany, France or China.
